I recently shared a reel on Instagram of my morning routine which included a morning cup of CCF tea.
CCF stands for Cumin, Coriander and Fennel tea . These three spices are a popular combination to create an Ayurvedic tea that it is supportive and nourishing to all constitutions.
I will list some of the benefits as well as the easy recipe for you below.
Benefits of Ayurvedic CCF Tea:

Boosts metabolism: These spices can help increase your body's metabolic rate, which can lead to weight loss and improved energy levels.
Reduces inflammation: The anti-inflammatory properties of these spices can help alleviate symptoms of inflammatory conditions like arthritis and allergies.
Promotes detoxification: Cumin, coriander, and fennel can help flush toxins from the body, which can improve overall health and well-being.
Calms the mind: The warm and comforting nature of this tea can have a calming effect on the mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety.
CCF Tea recipe:
Ingredients
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
2-3 cups water
Instructions
Add 2-3 cups of clean water to a medium pot.
Add the seeds to the pot and bring the water to a boil.
Let simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn your stove off and let this infuse over night.
In the morning reheat your infusion, strain the tea into a mug and enjoy!
I like to use the leftover seeds in my cooking for that day.
